Key Responsibilities

- Develop a strong understanding of our products to offer accurate information and assist customers in decision-making.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently, aiming for first-call resolution.
- Help customers with ordering, tracking shipments, and processing returns according to company policies.
- Provide technical support to customers facing product-related challenges.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, including resolutions and feedback.
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services to enhance the customer experience.
- Proven experience in customer support or client service.
