One of the area's leading providers of senior housing is adding to the team! We are seeking a diligent multi-tasker to perform various security, janitorial, and maintenance functions on behalf of community residents.
As a Vitality Security Guard, you will

• Make routine rounds at frequent intervals throughout the building and grounds, noting any abnormal situations
• Assist residents and staff in the event of an emergency
• Ensures that offices and doorways are locked and/or unlocked as needed
• Maintains an incident log to includes abnormal activities and maintenance request as required.
• Performs janitorial duties as assigned, including nightly garbage collection and disposal.
• Answers after-hours calls and records and routes messages.

The most successful candidate will have

• High school diploma or GED
• 6 months of prior work experience
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or ability to become certified
• Desire to work with older adults and their families
• Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
