We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and dependable Medical Receptionist/Medical Assistant to join our team. If you have a passion for patient care and thrive in a fast-paced medical environment, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients warmly and professionally.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; manage patient records.
• Perform administrative duties including answering phones, emails, and handling inquiries.
• Handle appointment scheduling, payment collection, and patient interactions.
• Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Provide general administrative support to the front desk, and assist with special projects.
• Assist healthcare providers with various patient care tasks, and perform clinical duties, as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Experience in a medical office or similar setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, basic procedures, and medical software (EHR experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in Google Suite and patient management software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Social perceptiveness and service oriented
• Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) is advantageous but not required.

Schedule: Part-time (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday afternoon, and Friday

Experience: 1 year (Prefered)
