Health and Wellness company searching for a candidate to assist with administrative duties and growing red light therapy department.

Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Follow up with leads and maintain statistics.
- Maintain effective patient flow.
- Assist with administering red light therapy.
- Ensure client comfort and safety during procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns.

Experience:
- High School diploma
- Administrative experience.
-Will train with red light therapy services.
- Health, wellness, or nutrition a plus (professional or personal).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

About Us:
- Searching for a candidate available work Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
- Hours 9:30 am - 6 pm.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
