Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility, including potential involvement in the construction of a new factory
• Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet quality and quantity targets
• Manage a team of production staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and other industry standards for dietary supplement manufacturing
• Implement quality control procedures and practices to maintain product quality and safety
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for raw material sourcing
