Job Overview:

Oversee and manage private label in-bound flow from purchase order needs to readiness and optimal timing of suppliers to prepare and ship ordered items.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Oversee private label supply from item order need identification to supplier item on-time readiness to ship (scheduling, prioritization of items and work, bulk, labeling, packaging, machine time) to ship date.

o Place Purchase Orders on a bi-weekly schedule with vendors

o Purchase Order Placement: Review and place automated warehouse replenish purchase orders for accuracy

o Place purchase orders and communicate directly with vendors from time of purchase to delivery to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.

o Review and process store product requests (add-ons)

· Assure store/item orders are accurate from Heartland

· Private Label items: Oversee Quality to confirm products are reviewed/released as it comes to the warehouse

· Resolve problem POs for price and quantity.

· Warehouse Stock Balancing: Analyze to determine if transfers are needed, effect and follow up on stock transfers between DC

· Daily interaction with stores, District Managers – oversee order/shipment issues.

· Monitor sales and stock levels and forecast buying trends to ensure the required amount of products are on the shelf to meet customer demand.

· Coordinate with contract suppliers re components of item production and delivery status. Track need vs. ETA by item.

· Work alongside Supply Chain on manufacturing updates, internal stock transfers and sku rationalizations for contract manufactured products.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
