Job Title: Travel Social Worker

Locations: Roseburg, OR

Duration: 13 Weeks Assignment

Shift: 08 hrs., 05 Days, Day Shift

Job Description:

• Types of patient populations, DC planning, etc.): Routine dc planning, complex discharge planning, some homeless populations, veterans, and psychiatric patients going to an inpatient psychiatric facility.
• Assisting clients in receiving services by telephone and in person.
• Getting clients involved in beneficial activities.
• Assessing clients and gathering relevant information.
• Offering information and supporting clients and their families.
• Contacting and making referrals to other agencies and services.
• Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports.
• Participating in training, supervision, and meetings.
• Watch for signs of child abuse.
• Provide crisis intervention.

Experience:

• 2 years experience of Social Worker

License and Certifications:

• BLS
• LMSW preferred, LCSW also acceptable.
• Co-vid Vaccination Certificate

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
