Experienced Automotive Billing Clerk job - Viva Auto Group has an immediate opening for an Experienced Billing Clerk. The ideal candidate for the position of Experienced Billing Clerk would have prior experience in the automotive field, be able to demonstrate past success,

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process paperwork from the F&I Department.
• Post vehicle sales and purchases.
• Costing and finalizing deals to accounting.
• Read and interpret legal documents.
• Maintain reports and/or logs of daily new and used deal activity.
• Work under pressure in a fast-paced atmosphere.
• Ability to multitask.
• Perform various other accounting responsibilities and business requirements as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive billing clerk experience
• Ability to provide quality customer service
• Basic understanding of accounting.
• Willingness to take initiative
• Dependable
• Quality writing and grammar skills
• Computer literacy with Excel
• Experience with DMS systems preferably with Access
• Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines easily
• Detailed follow up
• Professional appearance
• Ability to work independently
• Being proactive in your job responsibilities, career, business growth and daily development

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
