Role Description
This is a contract Human Resources Generalist role located on-site in Chicago, IL at VIVA USA Inc. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits administration, and HR management tasks on a day-to-day basis.
We are looking for HR Specialist for our Client in Chicago, IL.
Role: HR Specialist - Hybrid
Location: Hybrid role in Chicago, IL
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Duration: 6 month
Compensation: $35.00 - $42 per hour (Only W2)
We're seeking an experienced HR/Project Manager to lead headcount management and collaboration across HR, Finance, and Strategy. Key responsibilities include managing headcount impacts, centralizing processes, ensuring accurate data tracking, and supporting cross-functional HR teams. You’ll play a crucial role in streamlining resource planning, driving cost savings, and ensuring HR is equipped to support business needs.
Requirements:
5-7 years of HR/Project management experience
Strong communication, detail orientation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
