The Marketing Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties within the marketing department. They will work closely with the Marketing team to ensure the functionality and coordination of the team.

• Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
• Support the marketing team in organizing various projects
• Responsible for various administrative functions such as organization, ordering, preparing documents, and data entry
• Responsible for coordinating and scheduling travel, meetings, and appointments.
• Maintain and organize inventory of swag, and office supplies, and order new supplies as needed.
• Provides administrative support and assistance to Marketing team staff
• Manage invoices for the Marketing team
• Manage direct mail efforts (on-site, trade show shipments, large events)
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
• Extremely proficient with Google Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software
