This is a hybrid position in St. Paul, MN. You must be located in the St. Paul, MN area. This position is NOT remote.What Will We Give You For Your Hard Work
- 95-115k Salary, depending on experience

- Conduct client discovery calls with sales representatives
- Meet with customers to discuss their hardware and software needs
- Strategize with the sales team to create customized solutions
- Draft and deliver presentations on targeted products
- Provide post-deployment follow-ups with customers
- Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers
- Accommodate customers by communicating with the technical solutions team to provide and disseminate information
- Act as a reference and resolver for customers with all technical concerns or issues
- Support the technology solutions and/or sales team with technical related queries in reference to our systems and applications
- Ability to present ideas in a clean, user-friendly way
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and assist and train others
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Extremely proficient with Google Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software
- Ability to work independently
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Previous work experience as a solutions engineer
- Familiarity with business hardware and software systems
- Sales, technology, or educational experience preferred
- Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to lift/move up to 20 pounds in accordance with hardware
