While no day will be completely the same, you will execute daily responsibilities in these various functions:

• Maintaining accurate physical and digital inventory
• Maintain proper workflow for repair technicians to execute repairs
• Assist Parts Lead in maintaining stock of products and materials
• Maintains incoming Vendor Parts for Technical Services
• Analyze repair tickets and warranty claims to ensure accurate part picking

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Expert technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and assist and train others
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
• Extremely proficient with Google Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software
• Ability to work independently
• Minimum 1 years relevant experience required
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred 
• Experienced with identifying different computer parts preferred
• Experience with a pallet jack preferred

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer 
• Able to lift 25 lbs on a consistent basis
