At Vivax Pros, our Outside Sales Representativesare one of the most essential steps in our process. You are the one going to the homeowners' house, providing a free estimate, andclosing the sale.As an Outside Sales Representative, you will develop your ability to close the sale, handle objections, and create lasting relationships with our homeowners.
Salary: base commission -- you can expect to earn $75,000 - $130,000 during your first year
Duties and responsibilities:
- Promote Vivax Pros’ products and services to prospective and existing clients - leads are generated and pre=-qualified for you
- Build relationships with homeowners
- Measure and estimate projects, as well as show confidence in making recommendations around color choices
- Present an accurate bid to the homeowner on the spot
- Earn and close business during the initial appointment or through call backs
- Consistent follow up with clients
- Effective communication with team members of other departments within the company
What you bring to the team:
- Able to work a non-traditional schedule including some evenings and weekends (with option for a more traditional schedule over time)
- At least 1 year of sales experience required
- Associates/Bachelors’ degree preferred but NOT required
- Must have a reliable vehicle and be appropriately insured
- Previous construction/home improvement experience or knowledge not required Possess and deliver our core values
