They will collaborate across these teams to assist in tasks for the marketing team in the implementation, documentation, and auditing of automated journeys. Will assist with daily marketing tasks as we communicate with our customers.

- Build and launch marketing automation working with necessary data teams to launch data automations for promotional sends based on documented QA processes.
- Journey documentation based on the designed process.
- Audit and regularly meet with supporting teams (Marketing Analytics, Marketing Ops, etc.) stakeholders to confirm automation is doing what they're supposed to.
- Create SOPs, aka "Playbooks" for how programs have been designed.
