The Position:
We are looking for people who are hungry and coachable. People who are competitive and self-motivated with reliable transportation. Have to be outgoing and not afraid of talking to strangers. Must have a two months of savings as most reps take two months to receive their paychecks.
New employees typically earn between $100,000-$150,000 in their first year. Year 1-3 are $250,000
Responsibilities:
Help people save money by owning their power, instead of renting it from utility
Generate and set appointments from referrals, canvassing, calling leads and door knocking
Participate in ongoing training sessions to learn new techniques and best practices
Become an expert who understands how the utility rate plans work and how to best save families money with clean energy
