Job Overview:

We seek a dedicated Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to provide primary care to a high-acuity geriatric population in senior living communities. The position would entail providing onsite care and traveling between assigned communities.

Education and Experience:

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner
• Licensed or eligible for licensing in CA.
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner by a recognized certifying body (e.g., AANP or ANCC).
• Master's degree in Nursing, with a specialization in Family or Adult-Gerontology
• Valid DEA Certificate in good standing for Schedule 2-5 prescriptions.
• With Geriatric Care Experience
• With Primary Care Experience
