Summary:

In this role, you will work independently to provide dedicated service to a member provider. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the dedicated team and Spend Executive to enhance contract penetration and implement value-driven strategies. You will identify potential savings within the supply chain while promoting the utilization of supply chain contracts and programs. You will play a crucial role in recommending relevant products and solutions that align with the unique needs of the provider. This position requires frequent on-site office days at the member site in Dallas, Texas.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and implement opportunities, including submitting contract documents, providing complex analytics to illustrate cost savings, and collaborating with the team to track savings.

• Facilitate onboarding of new provider resources to Vizient tools and solutions.

• Ensure Vizient tools and solutions are maximized in partnership with Product Advisors through ongoing education and support.

• Collaborate with Spend Executive and analysts on Quarterly Business Review strategy, presentation development, delivery, and follow-up.

• Maintain relevant updates of activity within the CRM system for all assigned providers, including contact information, active opportunities, provider meetings, and essential communication.

• Ensure Vizient's competitiveness and position as a trusted advisor by informing providers of industry trends and associated Vizient products and capabilities.

• Responsible for increased GPO contract coverage and working with members to provide analytics and convert new contract opportunity.

• Document and track saving opportunities related to supply chain contracts and solutions, including facilitating project plans.

• Provide documented quarterly reporting of available tier optimization opportunities and opportunities implemented/taken.

• Facilitate tier activation and execution of LOCs/ LOPs while managing tier setting, Contract Price Activation, and submission and confirmation of required documents.

• Perform contract extensions or terminations within Vizient and Provider systems.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred.

• 5 or more years of relevant experience. Healthcare business or supply chain experience highly preferred.

• Experience working with complex healthcare/hospital clients highly preferred.

• Category management, sourcing, or supply chain experience within healthcare preferred.

• Advanced skills in Excel preferred.

• Willingness to travel.
