The Human Resources Department at Brookhaven Hospital is pleased to announce an opening for Director of Human Resources. Brookhaven Hospital is Tulsa’s premier Psychiatric Hospital, specializing in the rehabilitation of adults with neurologic disorders such as acquired brain injury. The Human Resource Director is responsible for overall administration and technical operations of the hospital’s human resource department and programs to include, but not limited to recruitment and hiring programs, benefits management, employee recognition, employee relations and engagement, and workers’ compensation management.
The position is responsible for maintaining current employment records in compliance with the C.M.S., Joint Commission and CARF standards and requirements, periodic review of job titles and descriptions as well as wage, salary, and benefit structure, counseling and conflict intervention/resolution, and designing and implementing employee programs and functions.
