Position: Guidewire QA Automation

Location: Morristown NJ

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead a QA team across onsite and offshore locations.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using QTP/UFT, Selenium for Guidervire and Portal applications.
• Execute automated test cases, assess outcomes, and document test results.
• Analyse system specifications to extract test requirements and develop comprehensive Test
• Cases/Scripts.
• Partner with QA engineers to formulate and implement an effective automation strategy.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and errors, communicating them to the Development teams.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to promote Quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Act as single point of contact for all testing for the initiative and facilitate testing efforts for releases across multiple applications.

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior experience leading a team.
• Proficient in QTP/UFT, Selenium Automation with a proven track record as an expert in the UFT Automation tool.
• Familiarity with a variety of automation frameworks, including Hybrid and Keyword-driven approaches.
• Proficient in VP Scripting
• Partner with QA engineers to formulate and implement an effective automation strategy.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and errors, communicating them to the Development teams.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to promote Quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Act as single point of contact for all testing for the initiative and facilitate testing efforts for releases across multiple applications.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering. or equivalent practical experience.
