AEM Developer / Tech Lead / Architect

Mandatory Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in fields related to advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
- At least 3 years of pertinent experience in a technology consulting or sector-specific role.
- Demonstrated proficiency in complete lifecycle development on AEM 6.3 or superior versions.
- Proven capability to work within substantial team environments, engaging with both clientele and consulting personnel.
- Proficient in the foundational components of AEM, inclusive of templates, components, dialogs, widgets, and bundles.
- Proven track record of successful content migration projects within the AEM platform.
- Practical experience with testing frameworks like Junit within AEM contexts.
- Well-versed in the Java Content Repository (JCR) API, the Sling web application framework, and the Apache Felix OSGi technology.
- Solid background in Java/J2EE development, with experience in the Spring, Hibernate, and Struts frameworks.

Desirable Expertise:
- Preference for a Bachelor s degree or higher in Statistics, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Advertising, or similar fields, or comparable professional experience.
- In-depth knowledge of different Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, with emphasis on Agile, SCRUM, and RUP practices.
- Hands-on experience with one or several Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Commerce Cloud, and Marketo Engage.
- Credential of Adobe Certificated Expert (ACE) for Adobe Experience Manager Developer is highly favored.
- Exposure to front-end web development, including coding in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with frameworks such as AngularJS or ReactJS.
- Keen enthusiasm for continuous learning, particularly in the digital marketing, research, and analytics domain.
- Superior skill in dealing with uncertain situations and ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capacity to convey complex technical concepts in a manner that is accessible to a business audience.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with a variety significantly cross-functional teams.
