Position Description (scope of work or brief narrative) :
The Consultant will provide expert level industry knowledge as the senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) in developing State Worker's Compensation and / or Industrial Affairs requirements.
This position will be hands-on in the creation of user stories and other system requirement documents as well as providing leadership to other SME's and / or Business Analysts.
This position is responsible for providing input into the creation of project plans and meeting the deadlines established in the project plans.
This role will also lead and organize content responses to proposals by ensuring that the responses meet the customer requirements thoroughly and completely and conform to the established "win themes of the overall proposal response.
This role will also coordinate and participate in oral presentations to customers showing a command of State Worker's Compensation and / or Industrial Affair Programs.
