Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
- Strong Project Manager with proven ability to develop/manage resources (some virtual), risks, deliverables, presentations, quality, etc.
- Identify dependencies, evaluate risks and communicate status to appropriate levels of management and stakeholders across assigned project(s).
- Ensure project deliverables, schedules, and financials adhere to established norms and are managed in alignment with departmental best practices across their assigned project(s).
- Periodically evaluate performance and develop action plans to ensure achievement of performance goals.
- Application Rationalization familiarity
- Pharma experience, multiple workstream projects
- Manage stakeholder (business and IT) engagement effectively. Serve as a single point of contact for multiple stakeholders with respects to application lifecycle (initiation, creation, intregraion, decommissioning, retirement) and all the data points associated
- Business Analysis and Strong project scheduling experience
- Solid written and oral communication skills
- Ability to inspire confidence when interacting with Executive level management
- MS Office, MS Project, Waterfall, Agile project experience highly preferred
- Project Management 8 Expert
- Pharma 2 Expert
