Job Description
- Automation and Tooling:
- Automating repetitive tasks and building tools to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
- Developing and maintaining infrastructure as code solutions.
- Monitoring and Incident Response:
- Setting up monitoring and alerting systems to detect and respond to issues proactively.
- Handling incidents and ensuring that systems recover quickly from failures.
- Performance and Capacity Planning:
- Ensuring that systems are designed to handle current and future loads.
- Conducting performance tuning and capacity planning.
- System Design and Architecture:
- Collaborating with development teams to design scalable and robust systems.
- Reviewing and influencing the design of systems to improve reliability.
- Reliability and Availability:
- Ensuring high availability and reliability of services.
- Implementing best practices for fault tolerance and disaster recovery.
- Security and Compliance:
- Ensuring systems comply with security and compliance standards.
- Implementing security measures and conducting audits.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as.
- Power Shell.
- Good Knowledge in Rest API's and C#.
- Overall understanding on .Net Core and Micro Services.
- Strong understanding on AKS Kubernetes.
- Experience with cloud platforms Azure, Should be strong on all Microsoft Technologies.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Problem-Solving Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to document processes and share knowledge with team members.
- Monitoring and Alerting:
- Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, or Splunk.
- Familiarity with incident management tools like PagerDuty or Opsgenie.
- DevOps and CI/CD:
- Knowledge of DevOps principles and practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and YAML Scripting.
