Tittle: Junior Project Manager
Location: Phoenix, AZ

Job Description:
1. Hands on Experience in managing all aspects of multiple technical projects.
2. Experience Delivering complex projects or programs from initiation to completion - including developing implementation plans, resource requirements, scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.
3. Experience Coordinating communication between stakeholders from multiples teams such as Business Development, Product Development, QA, Release, Sustenance and Support.
4. Experience in Setting up of processes, tools and cadences for communication, project planning, project tracking and documentation, issue tracking and documentation, metrics, dashboards, and reports.
5. Working with the development team to capture not just functional requirements but also non-functional requirements such like Compliance, Security, Scalability, Availability, Reliability, Observability (Monitoring, Logging, Tracing)
6. Contributing to pre-launch, post-launch, and support activities
Skills Required:
1. Strong technical aptitude
2. Ability to lead through influence rather than through authority

4. Ability to create both high-level and detailed plans
5. Strong management of project timelines and deliverables
6. Risk management and mitigation
7. Deep detail and data orientation
8. Strong understanding of modern development paradigms like Agile and DevOps
Operational Activities:
· Planning - Preparation of the detailed program/project plan along with the Product Manager
· Communication - Establishment of communication modes and cadences with various stakeholders, conducting planned and ad-hoc meetings with various stakeholders to ensure project milestones are on track and to communicate latest status to them, and sharing of meeting minutes and regular updates with various stakeholders
· Stakeholder management - Identification of stakeholders and their roles, keeping them updated on the progress of the project, addressing their concerns, seeking and implementing their feedback
· Risk management - Identification of risks and detailing of a mitigation plan to ensure that the project stays on track, or is brought back on track in the event of delays or blockers
· Conflict management - Identifying destructive conflicts andresolving them using various conflict resolution approaches such as compromising, smoothing, confronting and forcing
· Escalation - Tactfully raising issues and blockers to the right stakeholders at the right time to remove roadblocks with a view to ensuring that the project/program is put back on track.
· Data and Metrics - Definition of various key metrics related to process, product and customer that need to be tracked to communicated to stakeholders, analyzing data using Excel, SQL, JQL, and creating reports, charts and dashboards.
