Role Overview:
VMG Entertainment is seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant Project Manager to support our Director and Producer. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for the entertainment industry. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our projects and client accounts run smoothly by checking in with team members and tracking weekly objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director and Producer with day-to-day operations and project management.
- Regularly check in with team members to ensure progress on project tasks and client accounts.
- Track and report on weekly objectives to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Coordinate virtual and in-person meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Facilitate communication between different departments and external stakeholders.
- Support in the creation and management of project documentation.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in project management or as an assistant in a production environment is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for the film and entertainment industry.
