We are hiring a full-time Content Manager to join our Client Education Services team. This role provides project management, operational, and technical admin support related to content for our membership programs. Day-to-day is comprised of project calendar administration, editing, collaborating, writing, formatting, client communications, and working in the company’s learning management system (LMS). This is a hybrid position with the option to work in-office at our Reno or Phoenix office.
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBLITIES
- Collaborate and brainstorm with the content team and internal / external subject matter experts on course and resource updates and development, including creating and managing a course and content review calendar.
- Work with the leadership and support team to enhance and improve course curriculum (both content and presentation) and implement key eLearning offering initiatives.
- Maintain membership program and certificate source files.
- Assist with the administration of content on the learning management system (LMS) platform/s.
- Coordinate with authors on the development and editing process and timelines to maintain and deliver quality courses and content.
- Proof and edit content contributed by internal and external subject matter experts; finalize content for member consumption (including voice-overs, images and design work, and development of interactive elements).
- Conduct research to support subject matter experts in content development and editing.
- Support the continuing education credit certification / recertification process.
- Assist with client communications on changes / updates regarding courses or content.
- Perform other content development duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Education:
- At least an Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a writing / editorial communications role.
- Experience in the development of online learning and application of adult learning principles.
- Familiarity with the health care industry and/or medical practice operations is a plus.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Proven experience in creating / editing dynamic and compelling content.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong customer / client support orientation with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Excellent coordination and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines concurrently.
- Acute attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in work, including proofreading.
- Able to work as a supporting team member or take the lead on independent or team projects.
- High level of professionalism including excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Can-do attitude.
Travel:
- Periodic travel may be required for training, team meetings, and/or client meetings.
The starting compensation range for this position is $68,000, dependent on skills and experience.
