VMLY&R seeks an Operations Manager to provide support necessary for client teams and fellow employees to report and successfully track and complete internal and client deliverables. S/he will also provide a deep level of analysis, which enables client teams to make more educated decisions.

Responsibilities

• Generate job numbers and grant appropriate access within SAP
• Create SAP and status reports
• Support ongoing maintenance of proprietary system
• Consolidate and streamline repeatable tasks to develop process efficiencies
• Continuously develop expertise in all internal systems
• Break down complex sets of data into relevant insights for client teams
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or relevant field
• 2-3 years relevant experience in advertising or marketing
• Advanced understanding of internal systems and Business Intelligence Software. i.e Tableau, Power BI

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $60,000 to $140,000 . Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
