VNA Care is hiring Home Health LPNs, sign-on bonus! 2 roles open:

1. Dorchester area
2. Hyde Park and Mattapan area

Licensed Practical Nurse License required

Home Health experience is not required, we will train, fully paid orientation

LPNs are responsible for providing high quality nursing care and personal care to patients under the direction of a registered professional nurse consistent with VNA Care’s policies, goals, and objectives.

Schedule: 24 - 40 hours, flexible day shifts

Territory: Chinatown, South End, Allston, Brighton, Beacon Hill

Experience with wounds, wound vacs, trach and suctioning, catheters, ostomies, phlebotomy, CHF, COPD and diabetes is helpful.
