Weekend RN Home Health/ Needham/
VNA Care is currently seeking RNs to work a Baylor Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 8am - 6:30pm.
Schedule:
Option 1: Thurs/Fri/Sat (8 hours Thurs/Fri and 10 hours Sat)
Option 2: Fri/Sat/Mon (8 hours Fri/Mon and 10 hours Sat)

Requirements:
Overview of Registered Nurse Position:
Responsible for coordinating and providing high quality multidisciplinary home health care services for patients consistent with VNA Care’s policies, goals and objectives. Works under moderate supervision.
Requirements:
Good standing MA RN license
1 year of general Med/Surge experience; 1 year of Acute Care experience helpful
Willingness to travel within a territory.
Effectively manage patient-specific health concerns such as:
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
Diabetes
Heart Disease
Stroke
Cancer
Complex Wounds
