Job Summary:

A registered nurse administers one-on-one skilled nursing care on an intermittent basis to patients in their place of residence. Care is administered in accordance with physician orders, insurance authorization and a plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services.

Home Health Nurse Qualifications:

• An active license as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania
• A minimum of one (1) years nursing experience (preferred)
• Prior home care experience (preferred).
• Valid driver license and a car.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
