We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service/Collections Representative to manage customer interactions, resolve outstanding balances, and maintain a high standard of client relations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and emails regarding customer accounts and order tracking.
• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts and follow up accordingly.
• Initiate contact with customers to collect overdue payments while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
• Customer Service duties, including but not limited to answering internal and external calls and emails providing status updates on freight moving within the network.
• Provide exceptional customer service to maintain and strengthen customer relationships

Qualifications:

•  Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•  1-3 years of experience in customer service, collections, or a related field.
•  Ability to handle difficult conversations with a calm and professional demeanor.
•  Proficient in Microsoft Office
•  Knowledge of debt collection practices is a plus.
•  Bilingual abilities (Spanish/English) required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
