Description
Location: 359 Lowell St. Elyria, OH
Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
FLSA: Nonexempt
The Lead General Laborer will be responsible for completing the following job duties:

• Follow the daily job routine in the order it is outlined.
• Assigns tasks to workers, and inspects completed work for conformance to standards.
• Attend daily production meetings to receive expectations for the day.
• Resolves workers' issues with the product or ability to complete work or refers matters to supervisor.
• Performs duties of workers supervised.
• Assignments include paintingnozzles and engraving. MUST have extreme attention to detail and able to read small writing.
• Maintains a clean work area. This includes putting things away at the end of the day and/or when the job is complete such as tools, parts, etc.
• Regular attendance.
• Responsible for following agency safety policies and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Maintains a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that gets along with customers, clients, program participants, co-workers and supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
• At least one year related experience and/or training.
