Compensation: Starting at $17.00/hr plus potential bonuses
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 hours per day (35 hours a week, Full Time)
Morning Shift: 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM
What You Will Do:
Work directly with individuals and implement person-centered goals and activities.
Work onsite at 9776 Katella Ave., Garden Grove, CA 92841
Assist with activities of daily living, community integration and employment.
Maintain all written daily documentation (meaningful case notes, logs & assessments, etc.)
What’s Required:
Must be at least 21 years old
High school graduate or equivalent
Must have Valid California (CA) driver’s license for 5 Years and DMV printout (good Driving record)
Ability to successfully clear Live Scan/background check. **reimbursement after probation period**
Must have a TB test clearance
