Overview

We have a dedicated team of technically minded people with a passion for improving customer experience for our customers through more efficient communication. VoCoVo is a rapidly growing telecoms company, providing an integrated software and hardware solution to some of the biggest names in retail – with customers across the globe. We are now looking for a Vice President of Sales to lead a professional sales team within the Northern America region. To ensure the continuous development and performance of a team of BDM’s, Account Directors, and Account Managers.

Responsibilities

● Run weekly 1:1s with your team

● Mentor and lead your team on a daily basis offering feedback and support

● Report monthly financial figures to the senior leadership team

● Give accurate and up-to-date stock forecasting

● Hold regular meetings with the team to ensure performance expectations are being met

● Feedback to the sales director on a regular basis of team performance

● Lead by example offering training and support to individual team members

● Onboard new staff members effectively ensuring that thorough training and induction processes are followed

● Giving all new starters opportunity to succeed

● Support all sales teams when required for key client visits

● Organise regular training sessions to ensure the team has all required skills and knowledge to succeed

Requirements

  • Experience in working with the US Tier 1 retail sales industry.
  • This person will be tenacious and a reliable pair of hands.
  • This person will demonstrate a positive overall attitude and evidence positive energy and stamina having dealt with long sales cycles.
  • This person will be proactive in their learning and understanding of VoCoVo and its products.
  • This person will have strong time management skills.
  • This person will show they are dependable and work with integrity.
  • They will be trust-worthy and adaptable.
