About the role
As Voda’s assistant store manager, you will be a key leadership partner to the store manager and someone the store’s staff can rely on for guidance and direction. Voda’s assistant manager will be confident with working in a fast paced, and ever changing environment. You will partner with the store manager to create a productive atmosphere in which customers have an extraordinary experience, and employees are able to perform their best.
What you’ll do
- Work closely with Voda's customers to provide excellent customer service while building and maintaining trusted relationships.
- In partnership with the store manager, manage overall team performance & growth
- Emulate Voda’s brand aesthetic & embody a strong sense of fashion sensibility and an enthusiastic attitude
- Partner with store manager to execute effective store communications, ensuring that staff is involved & updated
- In partnership with the store manager, take ownership for maintaining Voda’s aesthetic across all touch points including associate presentation, dress code, visual standards, maintenance and merchandising to create a fully branded environment
- Understand the importance of efficient store operations & support the store manager in implementing.
- In partnership with the store manager, manage your people resources to maximize sales, traffic flow, floor coverage and customer engagement.
- Ensure strong partnership with your store manager to ensure alignment & timely two-way communication
- Working weekends select holidays will be required.
Who you are:
-Undergraduate degree (business or fashion related degree is a plus)
- 1-2 years of retail experience is required.
- Experience as a sale lead or assistant store manager a plus.
