Lead Technician Job Summary
Assist in gaining and retaining clients by fulfilling the companys mission through the timely and exceptional delivery of residential and commercial cleaning services.

Lead Technician Responsibilities

• Effectively perform Carpet & Floor Cleaning and Restoration services the company offers
• Participate in the companys sales meetings and increase the average specialty cleaning ticket through upselling value-add products and services
• Complete appropriate cleaning and restoration documentation, authorizations, and customer invoices.
• Communicate effectively with clients
• Perform basic equipment and vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work.
• Complete work orders and daily logs.
• Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
• Learn and master the newest equipment and technology in the industry.
• Hold self and others accountable to maintaining the companys standards of excellence

Lead Technician Qualifications and Experience

• Education and Experience: High school diploma (or GED).
• Computer Skills: Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity.
• Valid Drivers License with clean record
• Must pass background check and drug test
• 1 year of floor cleaning experience preferred, and/or some form of specialty cleaning (i.e. Commercial Flooring, Air Duct Cleaning, Tile and Grout Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, etc.)
• Highly Desired Certifications from Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC)
  • Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT)* preferred, but not required
