Voicing Change Media, a podcast creator network launched by Rich Roll (award winning podcast host) and RXR Sports (talent management firm), are seeking a Sales Manager candidate who can execute on business development strategy and lead on ad sales for the 6 shows within the network. VCM is comprised of shows such as The Rich Roll Podcast, Soul Boom with Rainn Wilson, Feel Better, Live More (the largest health and wellness podcast in the UK), Mentor Buffet with Alexi Pappas and more, and is focused on elevating voices that help a global audience live healthier, more fulfilling lives.

We take an integrated, cross-channel approach to reaching our audiences, so partnerships can blend audio, YouTube, social media, newsletter, and sponsor marketing communications. The role is best suited for creative marketers who can think across different channels to serve our sponsors objectives.

The Work You Will Do

The role offers the chance to generate new business opportunities through networking, show strategy, development of marketing materials, and most importantly the pursuit and negotiation of ad sponsorship deals. The position will entail working closely with all of our show hosts, and an appreciation for their shared values of health, wellness and personal growth are important.

The position is based out of New York City, where they'll work with a team of 5-6 including a Head of Business Development.

Who We Are Looking For

• 2-5 years of podcast ad buying or sales experience
• Fluency with social media, podcast and YouTube advertising
• Strong communication, presentation and sales material development skills
• Experience with brand partnership, sponsorships and talent management
• Highly organized and able to multitask
• Passion for health, wellness and personal growth
• Willingness to put themselves out there and aggressively chase new opportunities
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
• Preference for applicants that can come into our NYC office 4x per week
