Job Description
You will answer phones, take reservations, and be responsible for seating guests according to server availability.
Your attention to detail and communication are critically important. You are also the last note of the experience and will wish guests farewell and invite them to come back
Responsibilities:
- Greet all guests with a smile upon arrival at the entrance.
- Seat guests and accommodate special requests.
- Be well-versed in all company experiences and packages available.
- Optimize seating to ensure an even workflow of the restaurant.
- Manage waitlist: record guest names, number in party, and provide estimated waiting time.
- Manage the restaurant reservation system.
- Active problem-solving to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Communication and interaction with all service staff.
- Ensure guests are seated promptly, and be attentive to all guests in waiting areas.
- Inspect tables for proper presentation and completeness.
- Work together as a team with the entire staff at all times.
- Prior customer service experience in the hospitality industry.
- Positive attitude and interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Patience and customer-oriented approach.
