JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for general appearance and cleanliness of the physical property including building interiors and exteriors, common areas, amenity areas, office and grounds.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain a positive rapport with residents
• In the absence of a Housekeeper, may be asked to perform housekeeping duties (i.e. ensure property is free from debris, cleaning responsibilities (rugs, furniture, fixtures, draperies/blinds, etc.), replenish restroom supplies in office and common areas)
• Landscaping duties as assigned (raking, mulching, watering, weeding, etc.)
• Lawn maintenance responsibilities as well as snow/ice removal, as directed by the Property Manager
• Assist maintenance as needed. This may involve working in both vacant and occupied units.
• Facilitates best safety practices and compliance and provides an appropriately consistent approach to health, safety, and environmental issues. Adhere to all Fair Housing laws and regulations.

• Other duties as assigned by management.
