Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of vehicle transactions, ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations, and providing exceptional customer service. This role is crucial in helping our customers navigate the financial process and securing the best financing options available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive financing options for customers.
• Present financing options and additional products to customers, ensuring they understand all available options.
• Process finance and lease deals accurately and ensure compliance with dealership policies and state and federal laws.
• Review and analyze credit reports, loan applications, and other financial information to determine financing eligibility.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless and efficient sales process.
• Prepare and submit required paperwork for vehicle sales and leases.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and questions promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and report on finance department performance, including profitability and compliance metrics.
• Train and support sales staff on finance and lease processes, products, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Automotive Finance Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of financing options, leasing, and lender requirements.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in finance software and dealership management systems.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
