Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: San Diego

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM, onsite

Pay Rate: $18-22/hr.

Duration: Temp to hire position

This is a busy environment, to be successful you must be able to task switch and manage multiple projects at once. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of Administrative Assistant experience within a mid to large company, be proficient in MS Office (Outlook and Excel) and driven to grow within a company.

Responsibilities:

Support Executive Admin with operational tasks

Coordinate meetings, including reserving space, ordering lunches, preparing equipment and handouts etc

Process expense reports

Review and update travel arrangements

Offer support proofing documents and reports

Order office supplies, stock break rooms and support department staff with administrative needs

Manage department communication

Requirements:

2 years of Administrative experience

Experience supporting mid to large team in a busy environment

Bachelors degree in related field preferred but will consider additional related experience

Proficient in MS Office including Outlook and Excel
