Volt is immediately hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist in Bothell, WA.
As an AP Specialist, you will:
- Validating and processing supplier invoices, assisting with the issuance of payments while maintaining accounting controls.
- Accounts Payable Specialist will also maintain communications with supplier’s and Company buyers.
- Performs 2-way and 3-way match on invoices.
- Assist in the supplier payment process for wire transfers, ACH, and checks.
- Performs month-end closing processes and reporting.
- Support operations functions by stocking frames and daily shipping supplies
- Plays an active role in the development and implementation of process improvement.
- Performs electronic invoice filing.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3 years of accounts payable experience.
- Oracle experience is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and Outlook.
- Proficient in data entry and 10 key.
- Must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. with or without accommodation
