Volt is Hiring a Customer Service Rep 2 Near Fort Worth, TX

Job Description: IMPORTANT PLEASE READ!
There will be a candidate limit per supplier on this request of 5 candidates. Whichever comes first. If any of your candidates have been Rejected or Withdrawn - they will count towards the total. Please be thoughtful when submitting your candidates!
Before submitting a candidate, please ensure the candidate meets the following criteria (Candidates who do not meet the specifications listed below will not be considered:
• The candidate should live within a reasonable driving distance of North Fort Worth, TX.
- Training will be onsite which we will be there for the first two weeks for training and after for questions and then they can work from home. We are a hybrid so meaning we may have to go into the office at times. So they would need to leave in the metroplex to be able to drive into the office when needed.
• The candidate should be able to work the following schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5pm
The candidate should have the following non-negotiable skills (please ensure they are clearly shown on the resume before submittal): preferred skills listed. Are there any skills that are non-negotiable/mandatory?

1.How do you ensure accuracy and attention to detail when proofreading and fact-checking requests?
2. How do you ensure open communication and collaboration in a team environment?
3. How do you use critical thinking skills to analyze complex customer problems and provide timely solutions?
Also consider, “Can you provide an example of a time when you had to manage multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring that all work was completed on time and that effective communication was maintained with all stakeholders involved?”
Job Responsibilities
The role of the Supplier Specialist will play a crucial role in sourcing, analyzing, and interpreting data related to various supply chain activities. The Supplier Specialist will have a key role in McKesson's commitment to deepen its supply chain transparency. The Supplier Specialist will be responsible for collecting data on supply chain operations, analyzing the data to identify areas of supply chain operations to improve efficiency, and establishing and maintaining relationships with shippers, vendors, and our distribution partners.
