Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking an HR Coordinator to work for our client in the consumer goods industry. Apply now for consideration!

Contract: 1 Year

Location: Rockland, MA - Onsite

Pay Range: $19-21/hour DOE

Responsibilities:

  • Provided “how-to” instructions and answers questions on work processes within the same work group.
  • Handles routine problems requiring solutions that are based on assembly and examination of readily available facts and past experience in similar situations. Most solutions can be found by determining the best approach from several existing options. Most complex problem solving may include choosing the appropriate solution from several options.
  • Has a moderate impact on the support activities of the direct work group/team. May begin to impact achievement of the job’s work group goals.
  • Influence is indirect and supportive in nature with limited accountability beyond the position.
  • Interaction is focused on answering routine and non-routine questions, and the request or exchange of primarily standardized information with an audience which is knowledgeable about the subject area.
  • Actively participates in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, complies with professional and quality standards, complies with corporate policies and procedures, and acts in a manner consistent with company's values and ethical standards.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • 2-3 Years of professional experience
  • Broad level of knowledge of a specialized area within a functional discipline, such as benefits, compensation, staffing, organizational development, employee relations, operations, etc.
