Volt is immediately hiring for a Material Handler / Warehouse Associate in Portland, OR.

As a Warehouse Associateyou will :

• Demonstrate skills and ability necessary to operate designated equipment.
• Accurately sorts, weighs, and receives in-coming metal.
• Accurately enter data.
• Complete assigned work tasks on time.
• Demonstrate the ability to learn and effectively develop metal identification skills and testing methods.
• Maintain clean workspace and good safety PPE habits.
• Adhere to all company safety policies.

Forklift experience preferred but not required

Position is in an industrial environment, moving between the yard outside and the main facility, frequently exposed to machinery.

Based on their skill level, warehousemen operate mobile and stationary equipment as part of their job requirements.

This is a full-time opportunity.

Pay Rate : $22.00 an hour.

1st shift - 7 : 00am-3 : 30pm

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
