As a Production Team Lead you will:
- As a team lead, it is your responsibility to inspire and guide operators to meet safety, production, and quality objectives
- You will ensure proper staffing and allocation of resources, collaborating closely with supervisors
- You will also work closely with the quality and engineering departments to promptly address and escalate any issues that may arise, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
- Provide leadership to operators to achieve daily safety, Quality and Delivery goals
- Responsible for ensuring conformance to all company policies, procedures, and work instructions
- Regularly communicate team performance to employees and management
- Conduct daily team meetings for proper communication and development of the production team
- Resolves production problems and documents issues for discussion in meetings with Management, Engineering and Quality
- Identifies training and cross-training needs and ensures completion of training records for the work cell
This is a long term contract opportunity.
The ideal production team lead candidate will have:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a production Team Lead
- Computer literate (MS Office Suite)
- Computer / Cell Phone / Tablet repair knowledge a plus
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
- Be able to read, write and speak fluent English
Pay Rate: $21 - $22/hr
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
