VOLT is immediately hiring for an experienced Quality Inspector in NW Houston, TX.
This is in a non climate controlled Manufacturing company - Temp to Perm -
1st Shift 5 am to 330 PM Monday to Friday, 30 minute lunch with Overtime available.

• Product Inspection
  • Willingness to be a Safety, Quality and Delivery role model for other employees
  • Ability to follow PDI inspection process for assigned stations
  • Visual acuity to distinguish between colors, textures and to recognize defects of varying size
  • Familiarity with mobile software, tablet navigation and data entry
  • Effective defect description
  • Good working knowledge of the functionality of tractors and implements
  • Willingness to collaborate with production personnel in determining root cause and appropriate corrective action
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate across adjacent levels of employees
  • Affinity for excellent internal and external customer service
  • Ability to understand written and verbal instruction

REQUIREMENTS: Experience in the following elements required:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years of mechanical assembly experience
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

Pay for this position is $17.00 hourly for 1st Shift
