Skills: - Proficiency in Senior Care and Memory Care practices. - Experience in Discharge Planning for seamless transitions between care settings. - Knowledge of Physiology to assess and address the unique needs of elderly patients. - Competence in IV insertion techniques for medication administration. - Familiarity with ICU protocols for critical patient management. - Ability to ventilate patients when necessary. - Strong Patient Assessment skills to evaluate health status accurately. - Adherence to healthcare standards and regulations. Preferred Skills: - Background in Ophthalmology for additional insight into eye-related conditions common among seniors. - Understanding of ICD coding for precise documentation.
