Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop individualized care plans.
- Provide compassionate and competent nursing care in diverse healthcare settings, including Level I Trauma Centers and hospice palliative medicine units.
- Perform specimen collection processing following established laboratory standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Utilize knowledge of ICD-9 coding for accurate documentation and billing purposes.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing protocols.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and preventive care measures.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor patient vital signs and response to treatment interventions.
- Assist with durable medical equipment (DME) setup and maintenance.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $43.00 - $44.00 per hour

Experience:

• Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification (Preferred)
• RN (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Monroe Township, NJ (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Monroe Township, NJ: Relocate before starting work (Required)
