Qualifications:
- We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong leadership and communication skills, who is able to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Would ideally have experience in the film and entertainment industry working with previous productions and studio operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain all facilities and services provided by Pangaea Studios, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and functionality
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve and optimize facilities operations, including cost-saving measures and sustainability initiatives
- Manage and supervise a team of facilities staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify maintenance and repair needs, and ensure timely resolution of any issues
- Collaborate with department heads and external vendors to plan and execute facility upgrades, renovations, and other projects
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all facilities-related activities, including budgets, expenses, and work orders
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and building codes, and implement emergency preparedness plans
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and contractors to ensure the best possible service and support for facilities maintenance and projects
